Q: Do you deliver?
A: Customer Service is our first priority and we do our very best to accommodate everyone. We offer delivery at no charge to our customers that are local to our facility. Please contact us for details by calling 704.298.0364.
Q: I purchased your cookies recently at one of your retail locations and would like to buy some directly from you. Can I do that?
A: While we are predominately a wholesale operator, we offer our products for retail sale here on our website for customers. Of course, if you are local to our facility and shipping is not necessary, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Normally we will direct you to one of our retail locations. However if you are inquiring about buying our products in large quantities for catering, weddings, parties, etc., then please call us at 704.298.0364 and we will work with you.
Q: Do you have a retail storefront?
A: No. We are a wholesale bakery at this time and do not have a “walk in” facility.
Q: What is your Allergy Statement?
A: Our cookies are processed in a facility where milk, soy and nuts are used.

Q: What is the shelf life for your products?
A: Our cookies are best if kept 5-7 days at room temperature, 14 days if refrigerated, 30-90 days if frozen.
Q: Do you offer sugar-free products?
A: At this time we do not offer sugar-free products.

A: Not at this time, however we are currently researching this for future consideration.
